A snowman-like Isogashimachine which can fly through the sky by spinning its blades. It's actually quite friendly, but it surrounds itself with cold air, forcing anyone in close proximity to waste their time preparing winter clothes, defrosting, and shoveling up snow. It doesn't seem to notice that its own actions are lethal.
